A leader is someone
who:
(a)
Has the vision.
(b) Has
the confidence and courage to make it happen.
(c)
Handles multitude of challenges along the way
with grace and integrity.
(d) Motivates
and inspires others to be better leaders and team players.
(e)
Shares the credit of success and hard work with
his/her team.
Now each and every points need certain qualities. Check and ensure you have the qualities so that you can be a leader too. A leader should have rigorousness as the base and an unrighteous can never be accepted as leader educates 'viduraniti'. Lack of spitefulness, straightforwardness,
cleanliness, contentment, sweetness of speech and self-restraint, truth and
stability these are never the attributes of the unrighteous. (Viduraniti - 79)
