Understand and absorb Dependability

To empower self-awareness skill it is essential to understand and absorb Dependability. Dependability means the quality of being able to be trusted and being very likely to do what people expect. Dependability is a significant quality for an individual. A dependable employee not only will be punctual but also produces reliable work and follow company policies and business strategies evenly to each duty and obligation. Dependability can direct to job security in turn leads to consistency. As a reliable member of the employees, you begin to construct your own position as an indispensable constituent of the larger team. In short, others can count on your level of performance because you're dependable and he or she doesn't have to worry about you bringing less than your best effort. This can help you gather more extremely noticeable projects within the company and provide you with the opportunity to show your skills to other team members. In family also your dependable train will bring you lot of good wishes and energy. Dependability can be learned from honey bee!

Practicality of honey bee! (Iyer, 2019)

Many times youth complain there is not accreditation for my talent. How many times you heard a person saying “Every one try to use me and take me for granted!” An individual has to build a mindset with honey bee’s practicality! Let us understand and absorb dependability from the practicality of honey bee.

An owl who just can see in the night commented on a honey Bee regarding its bad luck. After a continuous hard-work, honey prepared is stolen easily by human being. How you cope up? Do you not feel sad? Then the Honey Bee replied: I am neither sad nor upset. Even though human being is able to steal the honey, they never get the art of making honey!! Owl commented “Oh, you sound like human beings! Don’t be a hypocrite; I know you will be to the core sad as hard work of your entire team is exploited. Your team fly more than ninety thousand mile, visit around hundred flowers and each female bee get just 1/12th of tea spoon honey in its entire life time. Be truthful, I am your well wisher, you can open your mind to me, and you will feel relaxed”

The queen honey bee who was busy in managing its hive turned and gave a look at owl and with a smile replied “Oh, you have so much information about we bees, that’s so happy to hear. Do you know we honey bee is the only insect that produces food eaten by human beings. It is used as medicine too which is real blessings for us. As the end use is giving benefit is absolutely fine with me.” Owl couldn’t take the contented mindset of honey bee. So Owl commented further “Sixty thousand plus female bees are working so hard for you and they die within 6 weeks! All your male bees no other work than mating. What a queen you are! Shameful” Queen bee replied with a sharp look “What ever you are saying is absolutely true. Do you know that only queen bee can live up to seven years? I am responsible for the hard work of our insect creed. We respect the male for its unconditional support. In the life span of eight weeks it helps our generation to survive.” Owl again tried to continue the teasing but the honey bee that was busy started moving through the comb to examine it before laying egg.

Now let us understand the dependability and practicality of honey bee. The procedure of laying one egg takes only a few seconds, and a queen bee is capable of laying up to two thousand five hundred honey bee eggs within a single day. If the queen starts crying on the loss of honey stolen by human being the hard work of sixty thousand team members will go in vain. In the life span of 45 days the female bees do everything for the queen bee. If they don’t mate they can live for 90 days, still the male bee prefer to live half of that and gives the best of its life to help the queen bee in producing eggs. When the colony needs a new queen bee, they simply choose a strong larva, hatched from an egg of the current queen, and feed it royal jelly, a special, super-nutrious food. Royal jelly, produced in the heads of worker nurse bees, helps this larva grow into a queen. See the practicality of their life, understand their dependability! Each and every one in the colony has to do the best of their talent focusing on their life’s goal.

Moral is that Talent is the foundation of all great success and achievement. Never give up your talent whether it is accepted or unsolicited. You have to focus on your life and live with grace.
